AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HENDERSON, NEVADA, AMENDING TITLE 18, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FEES, OF THE HENDERSON MUNICIPAL CODE, BY ESTABLISHING A "VACATION APPLICATION FEE", SETTING AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF MAY 6, 2008, AND OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO.
