Public comment will be taken on each agenda item as it is heard.  If you desire to provide Public Comment on an agenda item, please complete a yellow speaker card and submit it to the City Clerk prior to the item being heard.  Individuals speaking on an item will be limited to three (3) minutes and spokespersons for a group will be limited to ten (10) minutes.

  Recommendation: Take action as appropriate

a. Closed Session to discuss the character, alleged misconduct, professional competence, or physical or mental health of Elizabeth Macias Quillin, City Attorney, pursuant to NRS 241.033.

b. Open Session to discuss and take possible action concerning the employment of Elizabeth Macias Quillin, City Attorney.


S-002 APPOINTMENT
INTERIM CITY ATTORNEY

OFFICE OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL

  Recommendation: Appoint as necessary

Possible appointment of City of Henderson Interim City Attorney.
